Provider options

Pass typed provider settings alongside portable generation options.

ProviderOptions can contain settings for several providers, but nimgent uses only the namespace matching the selected model. GenerationOptions holds the portable reasoning setting, while the example also configures OpenAI, Anthropic, and OpenRouter values.
